RETURNS:

If for some reason you determine that you must return a product, the following policy will apply.

ALL returns require a proper return authorization.  Customers must first call 866-620-6136 and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from the Wynright Customer Service Department.  Depending upon the circumstances, returns may be subject to return shipping charges at the customer’s expense,and a 15% restocking fee.  These charges may also vary by type of product and method of shipping.  Unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Wynright Customer Service Department, the least expensive ground shipping option will always be utilized for returns. 

No return will be credited without a RMA number.  Please contact us prior to returning merchandise.  Please note, custom manufactured products may not be returned.
